Qian Hualin, researcher of Computer Network Information Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since 1975, he is engaged in computer network research and engineer construction. In 1980-1984, he made research work in U.S.A. and Germany successively. In 10, 1989, he took part in large network projects, such as NCFC、CASnet、CSTNet. In 4,1994, he presided the establishing of Chinese domain name system, as well as organizing the research and exploitation of Chinese domain name system. He has published many papers, and got government special awards.
