Lu Xiangdong was born in 10, 1985, graduated from Telecom Institute of MII, Master Degree of Wireless Telecommunications. At present, he is studying Doctor Degree of Economics in Beijing University. Since 7,1976, he is engaged in the career of telecommunication. He used to be Director of Fujian Mobile Telecom Bureau, Deputy Director of Mobile Telecom Bureau of MII. At present, he is the Deputy President of China Mobile in charge of marketing, cooperation, and data business.
