Note:
Congress of ISC is the supreme body of power of ISC.
Council is the executive body of Congress of ISC, which carries out normal duty during the close of Congress. It is held responsible to Congress of ISC. It sets up one Chairman, several Deputy Chairman, one Secretary General, several Directors.
Standing Council is held responsible to Council, and exercises its functions and powers stipulated by Bylaw of ISC during the close of Council.
Secretariat is the administrative body of Council, and sets up one Secretary General and three to four Deputy Secretary Generals. Secretary General is in charge of Secretariat's normal duty: organizing and carrying out annual plan; putting into effect the decisions of Congress, Council and Standing Council; coordinating internal works of each body of ISC; nominating Deputy Secretary General and main officials for each body, branch, and other organizations, as well as submitting to Council or Standing Council to make the decision; deciding the employment of staff, dealing with ordinary work. Deputy Secretary General assists the Secretary General in his/her work.
