Board

NOTE:
Congress of ISC is the supreme body of power of ISC.
Board of ISC is the executive body of Congress of ISC, which carries out normal duty during the close of General Assembly. It is held responsible to the Congress of ISC.
Standing Committee is held responsible to the Board, and exercises its functions and powers stipulated by the By-law of ISC during the close of the Congress. It sets up one Chairman, several Vice-chairman, one Secretary General and several Directors.
·Network and Information Security Committee
Function:
   Implementing information content security management for government and network operators and self-discipline for China Internet industry;
   Implementing network information security system construction for all fields;
·Internet Information Service Committee
Function:
  Constituting and implementing Internet Information service self-discipline, launching business exchange and communication and making great efforts to the healthy growth of the online information industry.

·Policy & Resource Committee
Implementing technology cooperation and capital operation for network information security products and service providers;
Implementing information security fundamental facility construction and application (PKI, E-government);
Training network information security professional talent for university and society;
Studying and promoting the security standard for government, users, and enterprises; 
Keeping the new international trend of technology on network security, as well as communicating   internationally.
·Academic Committee
Function:
Organizing domestic experts and academic groups of Internet industry to develop academic exchanges on Internet technology and information technology, by which providing technology, theory, and other strategic support to our country's Internet development.
·Popularization & Dissemination Committee
Function:
Organizing the investigation of netizens'developing situation; bringing into play members'advantage in each field to popularize Internet knowledge and new technology & products; utilizing all kinds of media and organizing all sorts of activities to enlarge the influence of ISC; organizing member units to exchange experience on Internet technology & management, and making suggestions to relevant government departments to popularize Internet utilization and development.
·Internet Industry Self-discipline Committee
Funtion:
Implementing the national laws and regulations related to Internet and constantly perfecting 'Public Pledge on Self-discipline for Internet'; organizing and launching self-disciplined activities among practitioners; promoting the trusted construction of Internet and advocating  civilization of the Internet;accepting and dealing with the social complaints, impoving the indusry self-discipline mechanism and propelling the healthy development of China Internet industry.
