On March 3rd, the High-quality Digital Transformation and Innovation Development Conference and the annual conference of "Cornerstone of Digital Transformation Plan" hosted by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) in Beijing. Huang Chengqing, vice president of Internet Society of China (ISC), attended the conference and delivered a speech.

At this conference, representatives of related enterprises and institutions witnessed the inaugural ceremony of the Big Data Convergence Communication Innovation Laboratory. The Big Data Convergence Communication Innovation Lab is initiated by the ISC, The CAICT, telecom carriers and related enterprises.

The laboratory will improve the utilization and management level of data resources in China, empower mobile communication services, and provide strong support for the high-quality development of Chinese-type modernization digital economy. On the other hand, the laboratory will rely on the advantages of ISC and unite the industry to promote the high-quality development of the digital transformation.
