Entitled with “Developing Digital Economy and Promoting Digital Civilization”, the 2022 China Internet Conference (CIC), was organized by the Internet Society of China (ISC) from Nov.15-17 in Shenzhen. During the CIC, the Sub Forum, Minors Using Internet Forum was held on Nov.17, 2022.

The forum aims to create a clear cyberspace for the healthy growth of minors, explore an effective mechanism for the protection of minors, create a green network ecology, build a healthy cyberspace for minors, and improve the network standards and service system for the healthy use of minors. The Juvenile Network Protection and Development Working Committee of ISC and relevant institutions jointly launched the 2022 Public Welfare Course on Juvenile Network Literacy, released the research report on the 2022 Expert Consensus on the Healthy Use of Internet by Minors, and the 2022 Promotion List of Mature and Applicable Products for the Improvement of Juvenile Network Literacy. During the Forum, the Framework Agreement on Authorization Platform for Public Welfare Communication of Minors was signed by multi-parties related to safe child online business.

ISC will continue to work to promote the healthy use of the Internet by minors, cooperate with all institutions, and jointly build a clear sky for the protection of minors' networks.
