On December 2nd, the opening ceremony of the 2025 "AI+" Industry Ecosystem Conference, hosted by the Internet Society of China (ISC), was held in Beijing. The conference aims to build a comprehensive ecological platform integrating "policy interpretation, technology demonstration, demand matching and achievement transformation", focusing on the hotspots and difficulties in the collaborative development of the artificial intelligence application ecosystem, and promoting pragmatic exchanges among all industrial stakeholders.
Shang Bing, President of ISC, delivered a welcome speech in the form of a digital human. He stated that "AI+" has been elevated to a national strategy, and China's industry has entered a new stage featuring "technology grounding, scenario empowerment and ecological symbiosis". He put forward three viewpoints: first, consolidate the core foundation of data, computing power and technology; second, focus on the main battlefield of the real economy and promote the effective implementation of AI applications; third, jointly build an open and credible ecosystem and gather synergy for collaborative development.
The award ceremony for the "AI Leadership Cup" "AI+" Application and Skills Competition was held at the opening ceremony of the conference. The competition featured 20 tracks, attracting more than 2,000 projects from across the country. In the end, the entries from 15 teams stood out and won the AI Leadership Star Gold Award.
At the conference, the Series Reports on AI+ Industry Development was released by ISC. In addition, together with research institutes and leading enterprises in the industry, ISC jointly launched the "AI Industry-related Standard Project Plan". The plan includes four enterprise capability evaluation standards such as the "General Framework for Comprehensive Strength Evaluation of AI Enterprises", as well as three AI cloud-related standards, namely the "Classification and Grading Standard for Functional Quality of Digital Human Products", the "Service Level Agreement for Intelligent Computing Power", and the "Requirements for Post-training Cost Optimization Service Capabilities Based on AI Cloud".
During the conference, the ISC, together with 20 local provincial Internet societies, launched the "AI+" Joint Promotion Initiative. This initiative will integrate the advantageous industrial resources of various regions, build a cross-regional collaborative digital economy ecosystem, promote synergistic linkage in AI industrial cooperation, talent training and other aspects, and gather innovative momentum for local economic development.
