On December 17, the 2025 (12th) China Internet Corporate Social Responsibility Forum was held in Beijing. Hosted by the Internet Society of China (ISC), the forum was organized by the Working Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility Development of the Internet Industry of ISC, and supported by Information Accessibility Working Committee of ISC. With the theme of "An Inclusive Digital Future, Shared Corporate Social Responsibility", it aimed to explore new approaches and methods for advancing corporate social responsibility in the internet sector in the digital era, facilitate industry experience sharing, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the internet industry.
Present at the forum were Lv Shiming, Member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and President of the China Volunteer Association for Assisting Persons with Disabilities; Huang Chengqing, Vice President of ISC; and Wang Yongchun, Deputy Secretary-General, Director of the Office and Director of the Science and Technology Committee of the China Silver Industry Association.
At the forum, these three associations jointly launched the construction plan for the "China Internet Common Technology Service Platform for Elderly - and Disabled - Friendly Smart Applications", proposing an innovative "1+4+T" system architecture. Centered on one national-level hub platform, it will establish a four - tier local response system covering municipalities, districts/counties, sub-districts and communities, with supporting technology empowerment modules. This architecture leverages AI technology to address the existing issues in health early - warning mechanisms, such as disconnected data, isolated systems and inefficient responses. The forum also released the list of internet enterprises with a credit rating of Grade A or above in 2025 and held the certificate - awarding ceremony for public welfare ecosystem partners of the "E - Together Public Welfare Initiative".
