Recently, a seminar on the Practice of Supervision and Law Enforcement in Artificial Intelligence was held in Beijing. It was hosted by the Data Security and Governance Working Committee of the Internet Society of China (ISC) and co-organized by the Industrial and Information Technology Legal Service Center of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT).
From four core dimensions, namely policy background, legal system construction, supervision and law enforcement practice, and optimization suggestions, the seminar systematically sorted out the key issues and development directions in China's artificial intelligence supervision field. During the discussion and exchange session, experts and scholars analyzed the existing relevant problems in the current legal system for artificial intelligence supervision from the perspectives of judicial practice, theoretical research and technical support. Enterprise representatives, drawing on their own business practices, exchanged experiences and confusions centering on industry concerns such as data compliance and the division of responsibilities among multiple subjects.
