On March 19, during the 125th IETF Meeting, the technical symposium themed "Building the Foundation of the Internet Together, Collaborating for the Development in Standards" was successfully held by the Meeting hosts in Shenzen.

Representatives from the hosts, including the Internet Society of China (ISC), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Tsinghua University, Computer Network Information Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and China Communications Standards Association (CCSA), held in-depth discussions on core topics such as domain name technology, Agent-based Domain Name Systems (AgentDNS), IPv6 technology, satellite Internet, and the integration of domestic and international standards. They explored innovation in core Internet technologies and coordinated development, and promoted the participation of the younger generation in IETF technical standard development.

Dai Wei, Deputy Secretary-General of ISC, shared the experience of ISC in supporting young engineers to engage in the IETF and participate in international standard-setting. He highlighted the co-initiated "IETF Chinese Youth Talent Program", which, through training empowerment, meeting participation support, expert guidance, and resource connection, helps more young people familiarize themselves with IETF rules and integrate into the global collaboration community.
